Your websiteis losing customers. Here is where.

We walk your site the way a real customer does — on a phone, in a hurry, ready to spend — and we tell you the exact moment they give up. In plain English, with the fix written out.

A free account is needed to run a scan — no card, no sales call. You will see your first three findings free, and you can delete the account and its data at any time.

An illustration of a scan in progress: a phone showing an example restaurant website scoring 48 out of 100, with twelve findings — four of them serious, including a phone number that cannot be tapped and a booking button buried three taps deep.

01Why this matters

Nobody tells you they left.

A bad review, you hear about. A customer who opened your site, could not find the booking button and went to the place down the road — that one is completely silent. You never learn it happened.

That is what makes website problems so expensive. They are not dramatic. They are a slow leak, and the only signal is a vague sense that things are quieter than they should be.

We are not here to sell you a redesign. Most of what we find takes under an hour to fix, and plenty of it you can do yourself this afternoon.

01

They arrive with one question

Are you open, what does it cost, where are you, can I book. Answer it in seconds or they ask someone else.

02

They are on a phone, standing up

One hand, small screen, patchy signal. A layout that works on your laptop can be unusable in that context.

03

They will not persevere

There is no loyalty at this stage. You are one of three tabs, and the easiest one wins.

04

The problem is usually small

A button in the wrong place. A number that is not a link. Rarely does anyone need the rebuild they get sold.

03The process

Three steps, then you decide

There is no consultation, no discovery call and no proposal. You paste an address and read the result.

Step 01

You give us the address

Nothing else. No access to your site, no login, no plugin, no code on your pages. We look at your website exactly the way any member of the public can.

Takes 20 seconds

Step 02

We walk it as a customer

We load your site as a phone would, then work through all 54 checks against the job your visitor came to do — book, order, call, or find an answer.

About 90 seconds

Step 03

You get a written report

Each finding says what we saw, why it costs you, and precisely what to change — worded so you can forward it to whoever built the site and they will know what to do.

Yours to keep

04A real finding

This is what you actually receive

Not a score and a shrug. One finding from the example report, reproduced in full and unedited.

Reservations are three taps deep

What we saw

Booking sits under More InformationReserve. Nothing on the homepage mentions reservations at all.

What it costs

Every extra tap between deciding and doing loses people. Three taps for the single thing most visitors came to do is the most expensive layout choice on this site.

The fix

Put a Reserve a table button in the header and again in the first screenful. Keep the deeper page — just stop making it the only route there.

What we will not do

Small businesses get cold-called by web agencies constantly, and most of it is nonsense. Here is exactly where our limits are, in writing, before you give us anything.

If a finding is not worth the effort of fixing, the report says so.

We will not phone you to “discuss your results”The report is the product. If you want to talk to us, you contact us.

We will not ask for your website loginWe never need it. Everything we check is visible to any member of the public.

We will not invent problems to sell a rebuildA site that is genuinely fine gets a short report saying so. That happens.

We will not sell or share your detailsNot to agencies, not to anyone. Your scans are yours.

We will show you the whole methodEvery check is published. You can judge the tool before you use it.

We will tell you when to ignore usSome findings genuinely do not matter for your business. We say which.

08Who this is for

Businesses where the website is a step, not the whole shop

If people find you online and then call, book, visit or order, this applies to you. We are least useful to large e-commerce operations that already employ someone to do this full time.

You do not need to be technical

Every finding is written for the owner, not the developer. If you built the site yourself on Wix or Squarespace, you will be able to action most of it directly. If someone else maintains it, forward them the report — it is specific enough to work from without a meeting.

And if you have no website at all yet, a scan will not help you. Tell us and we will say so rather than take your money.

09Questions people actually ask
Is this going to turn into a sales call?

No. There is no phone field on the sign-up form, so we could not call you if we wanted to.

You get the report and that is the end of it unless you contact us first.

Do you need access to my website?

No — and we would refuse it if offered. Every check runs against what any member of the public can already see. No login, no plugin, no code added to your pages.

That also means we cannot accidentally break anything, because we have no way to change your site at all.

What if my website turns out to be fine?

Then the report says so, and it will be short. It happens more often than you would think, particularly with sites built in the last couple of years.

We would rather tell you that than manufacture problems, because the alternative is a business that only works once.

Who is behind this?

A small independent operation in Singapore, not an agency and not a call centre. The about page says who, and there is a real email address and phone number in the footer.

Can I just fix things myself?

Yes, and we would encourage it. Most findings take under an hour and need no technical skill. The fix is written out for exactly that reason.

The paid tiers exist for people who would rather not, or who want someone watching the site over time.

What happens to my data?

We store your email address and the addresses you have scanned. Nothing else. We do not sell or share it, and you can delete your account and everything attached to it from your dashboard.

How is this different from a free speed test?

Speed tests measure the machine. They will tell you an image is 2.4MB, which is true and almost useless on its own.

We are asking whether a person trying to book a table can do it. That question has no automated score, so the report is written in sentences, about your business.

Find out in ninety seconds.

Paste your address. See your score and your three most serious findings free. If it is not useful, close the tab — you will not hear from us.

We never modify your website

A free account is needed to run a scan — no card, no sales call. You will see your first three findings free, and you can delete the account and its data at any time.
